Yin Yoga is a calmer form of yoga.
We work with the deeper connective tissue such as ligaments, bones and even the joints in the body that are not normally exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice or exercise.
Yin Yoga is suitable for everyone regardless of level, and is a perfect complement to the more dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga and exercise that emphasize internal heat and the lengthening and contraction of our muscles. In Yin Yoga, we hold the positions anywhere from 3-5 minutes. The class provides an opportunity to find peace in body and mind.
Beate er sertifisert yogainstruktør og ledet yogatimer siden 2014. På ADO har hun undervist siden 2021 og holder gravid og yin yoga.
Hun har bred erfaring, og har en unik evne til å tilpasse yoga for ulike nivå og behov. Hun er sertifisert Mindfulness-instruktør og har undervist en rekke kurs i dette.
Beate fokuserer på pust og at yogamatten kan være et fristed. Yoga er en work in og ikke en work out.
