1. You must be at least 12 years old and a competent swimmer to be able to swim alone.
2. All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult over 18.

Children cannot go to the opposite gender's changing room from school age onwards (1st grade, 6 years)

Sensors have been placed at multiple points around the pool that allow you to register lots of swim data using a SwimTag armband.

It lets you see how fast you've swum, your strokelength, the type of stroke, how long you rested and, of course, how far you've swum. You can also take part in competitions and challenges as an extra motivation. For more information, see our SwimTag page.

The main swimming pool is 3 metres deep, although a section of it has a raisable floor which can be set to any depth up to 3m.

• The diving pool is 5 metres deep,
• the children's pool is at most 90cm deep
• and the learning pool can be adjusted to between 80 and 160cm.
  The pool will have a depth of 1 meter when there are no courses and activities

The diving tower has different levels. The highest is 10 metres followed by 7.5m, 5m, 3m and 1m. We also have eight springboards; four at 3 metres high and four at 1 metre high.

The nearest car park is ByGarasjen.
Download the parking app SesamSesam and register the car number at our reception, and you will be able to get -40% on parking.

You can take photos inside the area as long as you ask the lifeguard for permission first and everybody visible in the photo is ok with it.

We collect lost items each evening after closing time and look after them for up to three weeks in the hope that the owner will come and collect them.

If you have lose anything, ask reception for help.

The main pool is kept at 27°C (80°F) while the diving pool is 30°C (86°F). The learning pool is warmest and is 33°C (91°F).

Nei, AdO arena har ikke honnørpriser. Vi anbefaler å benytte vårt Uti til Lunsj tilbud (kl.11-14, hverdager).

AdO arena har åpent 360 dager i året. 24.desember, 25.desember, 31.desember, 1.januar og 17.mai holder vi stengt. I helger, ferier og helligdager har vi åpningstider kl.10-18

Nei, vi har ikke utleie av håndklær eller badetøy. Begge deler kan kjøpes i resepsjonen.

For svømmekurs for barn, anbefaler vi å ta kontakt med de lokale svømmeklubbene. Svømmekurs for barn arrangeres i bydelsbassengene.

Nei, i AdO arena har vi ikke fellesbadstue. Badstuene er lokalisert i henholdsvis damegarderobe og herregarderobe.
