Postpartum training is a combined strength and relaxation class for those who have given birth and want to get started with physical activity in a safe and adapted way. The class is led by an instructor who provides close follow-up and individual adaptation based on your needs and conditions.
The focus is on activating and strengthening deep abdominal and pelvic muscles, as well as building stability in the hips and core. The goal is to prepare the body for everyday activities and further training after birth. We work with functional strength exercises for the large muscle groups.
The class ends with gentle relaxation and stretching, which provides space for rest, presence, and new energy.
We will make it possible to breastfeed/feed the child, change a diaper, or anything else you or the child may need during the class. We have mats for both baby and mother, but feel free to bring a toy or two that the baby likes.
You and the baby are welcome to swim/bath before or after the lesson.
