Hatha yoga is a classical style of yoga that combines physical postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and mindfulness to create balance between body and mind. It is a calm and thorough practice where we move consciously through the postures with a focus on both strength and softness. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
We move at a comfortable pace where you have the opportunity to listen to your body and do what feels right for you. There are no demands or expectations here – the mat is your sanctuary, where you have space to be present just as you are.
Through physical exercises, breathing and a final relaxation, we create a practice that gives you both energy and peace - in body and mind.
