An session for those who want to start the morning with some water gymnastics.

This is a 45-minute training session in a heated pool, 33-34 degrees. We use the training pool, where we have the opportunity to raise and lower the bottom as needed. The training in water is enjoyable with simple exercises where we focus on the joy of movement. The instructor adapts the exercises so that everyone will benefit from the training.

The buoyancy in the water puts less strain on the joints. At the same time, it provides good resistance when we move, which gives a good training effect. The faster we move our arms and legs, the heavier it gets.

There are many health reasons for exercising in water, for example: Increased circulation in the arms and legs, injury prevention; musculoskeletal disorders and fantastic stability, fitness and mobility training, as well as relaxation.
