Yoga provides holistic health benefits for expectant mothers
Pregnancy Yoga is a calm and gentle yoga class adapted for pregnant women, with a focus on breathing, mobility and relaxation. The class combines soft movements and simple strength exercises that support the body throughout pregnancy, and helps you become more aware of your body and breath.
The exercises can contribute to increased well-being, reduced tension and greater peace of mind and body, and are suitable for all levels – regardless of experience with yoga.

Beate is a certified yoga instructor and has led yoga classes since 2014. In AdO she has been teaching since 2021 and holds pregnancy and yin yoga.
She has broad experience, and has a unique ability to adapt yoga for different levels and needs. She is a certified Mindfulness instructor and has taught a number of courses in this.
Beate focuses on breathing and that the yoga mat can be a sanctuary. Yoga is a "work in" and not a "work out".
Marie is a physiotherapy student and certified yoga teacher in Rishikesh, India. She has experience as an instructor in various forms of exercise, and is committed to creating a safe space where you can both challenge yourself and find peace. For her, exercise is about balance. She teaches Hatha yoga and prenatal training
