Physio Pilates is suitable for those who have pain and musculoskeletal problems. Focus on light exercises to get to grips with deep stabilizing muscles and exercises for relaxation. A gentle workout where the stomach and back (core) are the focus, but the whole body is always active.
We now offer two types of courses:
One with low intensity, which is well suited for beginners, and one with medium intensity, which is adapted to participants who have participated regularly over time.
