Is a workout that is suitable for everyone, regardless of age and shape. The instructor will guide you through the class with a warm-up, main part and a leisurely jog at the end.

The lesson will take place inside the main pool of 23 m.

AquaRun is a fantastic way to exercise. The water reduces the body weight by 90% and the density of the water provides increased resistance. Water is approx. 800 times denser than air and thus provides more resistance. It is an effective exercise without the risk of overload and injury. AquaRun is perfect if you have pain in your body (knees, hips and periosteum) and cannot run outside. It is also the perfect form of exercise for overweight and pregnant women.

Jogging belts can also be borrowed from us (inside the facility) so that you can also train on your own whenever it suits you.
