Yoga Flow is a style of yoga that focuses on flowing transitions between poses, synchronized with the breath.
Yoga Flow is a dynamic, creative style. Unlike other yoga styles, which hold poses for long periods of time, yoga flow keeps you moving. It creates a rhythmic, dance-like experience.
The core principles of Yoga Flow are: 1. Synchronization of breath. Each movement should match an inhalation or exhalation. 2. Soft transitions between poses. 3. Flowing, graceful movements.

Olga has extensive experience as a yoga instructor.
She is a certified yoga instructor in the Himalayas in Northern India.
She teaches Vinyasa (Flow), Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, Prenatal, yoga for pregnant women and has had Baby yoga in the AdO arena.
