Yinyasa is a yoga class that combines Yin yoga (calm, deep and soft) and Vinyasa yoga (hot, flowing and energizing).
The lesson is structured as follows:
We start calmly with Yin - Long, comfortable stretches that open the body and calm the mind.
Then we move on to dynamic Vinyasa flow, where we do soft, continuous movements connected to breath that increases warmth, circulation and strength.
Finally we finish with Yin - Deep, restorative positions that provide calm and flexibility.

Participants also have the opportunity to use the pool facilities before and after the course.
