Join a functional group class that combines strength training, mobility and body control into one seamless and inspiring session. The class is based on physiotherapy expertise and draws elements from both yoga and traditional strength exercises. The result is a form of exercise that strengthens the body from within, improves movement patterns and gives you a better understanding of how the body works.
Through varied exercises, you work on stability, balance, mobility and muscle strength – all at a pace and level that suits you. The instructor guides you safely through the class with a focus on technique, quality and mastery, so that you can challenge yourself.
Strong & Flexible is suitable for everyone, whether you are a beginner, experienced, want to prevent injuries or just want to become stronger and more mobile in your everyday life. The goal is for you to leave the class with a feeling of energy, mastery and a body that cooperates a little better than when you came in.
