It is pleasurable and effective, and is suitable for all ages - whether you are well trained or have never trained before. Water training is gentle on joints, tendons and skeleton and is good injury prevention training. This is a training class in a heated pool, 33-34 degrees. Moving in water gives a unique training effect. At the same time, it is motivating and fun to train with others. This class lasts for 45 minutes with warm-up, strength and condition, stretching and relaxation at the end.
This class is suitable for you who have trained a little before and who want to keep fit. The instructor adapts the exercises so that everyone will benefit from the training. The yoga class is held inside the Training Pool. You do not need to have experience from Yoga to join this class. Yoga in water is beneficial for joints, muscles and lymphatic systems. This exercise is good for the whole body. The instructor uses good exercises to make one more mobile and strong in different positions. The water stimulates a more supple and strong body. A great way to start the day!
Is a concept where you get an exercise to be completed in 20 seconds with a 10 second break. The program further involves completing this cycle eight times, and then moving on to the next exercise. That is four minutes per exercise. This workout will increase muscular endurance. All exercises are carefully put together to provide a complete workout for the whole body.
The focus will be on strength in the upper and lower body as well as fitness. The water forms the resistance, which makes it individual how heavy the exercises become. Therefore, the class is suitable for all levels! Welcome to the class with many good exercises that are guaranteed to do good for your body.
Is a training that is suitable for everyone, regardless of age and shape. You can borrow a jogging belt from us and can also train on your own whenever it suits you. During regular training hours, the instructor will guide you through the program (55 min) with warm-up, main body and calm jogging at the end.
AquaRun is a great way to train. The water reduces body weight by 90% and the density of the water gives increased resistance. Water is approx. 800 times denser than air and thus provides more resistance. It is an effective exercise without the risk of overload and injury. AquaRun is perfect if you have pain in the body (knees, hips and bone membrane) and can not run outside. It is also the perfect form of exercise for overweight and pregnant women.
NB! Due to the Covid-19 situation, there is now a limited number of places and binding registration for all our classes. All registered (including those with membership) must visit the reception to register their arrival, so we recommend showing up well in advance of the hour (s). All classes (except AquaRun) take place inside the Training Pool, so we recommend that you bring a drinking bottle.
In case of illness, or symptoms of a cold, you should stay at home and not show up. We facilitate distance at all hours, but it is everyone's responsibility to maintain a distance of 1-2 meters during the hour.
